Position: Assistant Sales Manager / Deputy Sales Manager (Male Candidate)

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITY:
- Achieve sales target by implementing marketing plan.
- Administer sales force to keep them disciplined & motivated.
- Monitor the sales performance of the sales force daily & evaluate the achievements on monthly basis & submit monthly report.
- Monitor competitor’s activities.
- Ensure growth of institutional sales.
- Visit doctors vis-a-vis customers regularly to monitor prescription share.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
JOB NATURE: Full Time
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/M.Sc from any recognized university
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Min Experience: 3 Years
- Max Experience: 5 Years
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years practical experience in the same position in Ophthalmic Business
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Age range: Any
- Job level: Mid/Managerial Level
